DELIVERY KEY INFORMATION

Shipping is currently free for all orders over 180 SAR. Orders under 180 SAR will be charged at 25 SAR for shipping per order inside KSA and 35 SR for outside KSA.

NOTE: AN EXTRA AMOUNT MIGHT APPLIED FOR THE FAR COUNTRIES IF REQUIRED.

Your order will normally be delivered within 5 - 6 working days. Delivery lead times will be confirmed at checkout.

During sale,Eid and public holidays periods, please allow 14-21 days for your delivery*. Your delivery date will be confirmed at the time of order. *Subject to stock, courier availability and courier area/store location. Exceptions apply, see full terms and conditions.

We’re sorry that shipping to an alternative address in another country is not possible.

Please be aware that if you place multiple orders close to each other, they may be packed together to ensure you receive the goods as quickly as possible

Please note that the customer can track the shipping process through AyMakan delivery website TRACKING

BE AWARE THAT THE SHIPPING AMOUNT 25 SR IS NON-REFUNDABLE IN THE EVENT OF ITEMS REFUND.

And if you are facing problems with delivery and you couldn't get in touch with the delivery company feel free to send an Email to the same Email mentioned.

RETURNS KEY INFORMATION

How can I return an item?

Not completely satisfied or ordered the wrong size/colour? You can return any unworn items (in their original condition) within 4 days of receiving your order for a full refund. This doesn’t affect your rights to return faulty items.

Our returns process is simple, just use the returns note in your parcel and follow the steps below:

Please log onto the Returns Portal via REFUND

Follow the steps in the Returns Portal to create your returns address label. You will need your returns reference (this can be found on your returns note) to complete

25 - 35 SR will be deducted in the event of Items refund unless the items were faulty from MK Pajama side

Amount refund will be only done after making sure that the return items are in the same condition which they were shipped by MK Pajama, if not, some or all amount will not be refund to the client

)Amount may not be return to clint in case of ( Washing,cutting,stains or dirty,misuse and alteration of the product in any way

Amount refund may take 5-6 working days
